As you may know, talking about mental health is important to me. And might also know, the environment is important to me too.
From 2017 to late 2019, I wrote a monthly mental health blog post reflecting recent life events while highlighting aspects related to my body, mind, and spirit.
In mid to late February 2020, I took down my personal mental health blog posts. While I completely appreciate everyone’s growing support over the years, I am making some changes going forward. I have always used my blog as a way to communicate very personal thoughts and feelings. And while I continue to do so, I will do it in a different format. It will be less of a journal/diary format for myself, and more editorial, and relatable to others. It will include much more information geared towards an environmentally-friendly lifestyle and an assortment of other things.
While mental health is of huge importance to me, I intend to expand on my blog and use my experiences in a number of areas to help others instead of merely writing about reflecting on my own feelings from the past month or two. In this way, I hope to reach more people and positively increase the number of conversations people have about their mental health. So, thank you to my loyal friends and followers, and thank you to all the newcomers. I look forward to joining you in an environmentally-friendly lifestyle in 2020 and beyond.
